01What does Pure Amino sell?
Research-grade peptide and related compounds, supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) material for laboratory and institutional research only. Every listing states the compound, the milligram content printed on the vial, and its research category. Nothing on this site is sold for human use.
02How pure are the compounds?
Each batch is verified to 99%+ purity by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. Purity and identity are reported on the batch Certificate of Analysis rather than asserted in marketing copy.
03Where are the compounds made?
Compounds are synthesized in U.S.-based facilities under documented internal quality procedures. We keep the supply chain traceable batch to batch rather than sourcing from anonymous overseas manufacturers.
04Are these products approved for human or clinical use?
No. All products are intended for research and identification purposes only — not for human dosing, injection, or ingestion, and not evaluated by the FDA for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. Purchase requires agreement to our Research Use Agreement.
Certificates of Analysis
05What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is the independent lab document for a specific production batch. It records the measured purity (target 99%+), confirms identity by mass, and notes appearance and, where applicable, endotoxin levels. It is the objective record of what a given lot actually contains.
06How do I get the COA for my batch?
Each product page carries a View Full COA link once the lab report for the current lot has been posted, along with the lot number. If a report is still being processed you will see a "COA posting soon" note; email us with your lot number and we will send it directly.
07Who performs the testing?
Testing is carried out by accredited third-party laboratories using HPLC and mass spectrometry, so the purity and identity figures are not self-reported.
Storage & Handling
08How should lyophilized material be stored in the lab?
Lyophilized peptides are stable. For short-term laboratory storage, keep the sealed vial refrigerated at 2–8 °C, away from light. For long-term storage, hold at −20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
09What is the shelf life?
Properly stored lyophilized material generally remains stable for two years or more. Each vial carries a lot-specific date so the batch is traceable.
10Does the material ship cold?
No. Lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature in transit, so orders ship in standard protective packaging without ice packs or cold-chain handling. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival per the storage guidance above.

11What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus supported digital wallets, processed through a secure encrypted gateway. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored on our servers.
12Can I change or cancel an order?
Reach out as soon as possible. Orders can usually be adjusted within about an hour of being placed; after that they move into fulfillment and can no longer be changed. Email Contact@pureamino.com with your order number.
13Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, download COAs, and reorder faster from your dashboard.
Shipping & Returns
14Where do you ship, and how much is it?
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is a $9 flat rate, and orders over $120 ship free.
15How long does it take?
Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days, and standard shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
16What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unopened vials within 14 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photos and we will arrange a one-time replacement, subject to review.

17Why do I have to accept a research-use agreement?
Because these compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and institutional research, every purchase is gated by a Research Use Agreement and a checkout affirmation. It confirms you are acquiring the material for legitimate research and not for human or animal consumption.
18Who can buy from Pure Amino?
Purchases are intended for researchers, laboratories, and institutions using the material within a documented research-use frame. By ordering you affirm you are of legal age and are acquiring the compounds for that purpose.
