Affiliate Terms.

1. The Program
The Pure Amino Research Partner Program pays commissions to approved partners who refer qualified research customers to pureamino.com. Participation is governed by these terms, our Terms of Service, our Research Use Agreement, and our Disclaimer. By applying or by sharing your referral code, you agree to all of them.
2. Applying & Approval
Apply on the Research Partners page. Applications are reviewed manually; we may approve, decline, or later suspend any partner at our discretion. Approved partners receive a unique partner code, a shareable referral link, and a partner dashboard under My Account → Partner showing clicks, referrals, earnings, and payout history.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals are tracked two ways: your referral link sets a 30-day, last-touch cookie in the visitor's browser, and your partner code applied at checkout attributes the order directly. Attribution precedence on any order is: existing customer binding first, then an explicitly applied partner code, then the referral cookie. Once a customer's first commissioned order is attributed to you, that customer is bound to you for all future orders — a newer cookie from another partner does not take over a bound customer.
4. Commissions
You earn 20% of a referred customer's first order and 10% of every subsequent order that customer places, for as long as the binding stands. Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts and excluding shipping and taxes. Commissions become payable when the order completes; partially refunded orders are recalculated on the reduced base.
5. The Partner Coupon
Your partner code doubles as a 20%-off coupon valid only on a customer's first order. First-order-only is enforced for both logged-in and guest checkouts; attempts to apply it to repeat orders are rejected at checkout.
6. Excluded & Reversed Referrals
No commission is earned on: your own purchases or those made with your own accounts or email addresses (self-referrals are blocked automatically); orders that are refunded, cancelled, or fail payment (commissions reverse before payout); and orders we determine to be fraudulent, manipulated, or placed in violation of our Terms of Service or Research Use Agreement.
7. Payouts
Payouts close monthly on the 1st for the preceding month's payable commissions. The minimum payout is $1; smaller balances roll forward to the next month. Payouts are sent manually to the payment method on file with your partner profile, and each payout is marked in your dashboard with a transaction reference once sent.
8. Taxes
Partners are independent participants, not employees or agents of Pure Amino, and are responsible for their own taxes. U.S. partners who reach $500 in lifetime earnings will be asked to submit a Form W-9 before further payouts, and Pure Amino will issue Form 1099-NEC where required by law.
9. Promotion Standards
All partner promotion must preserve Pure Amino's research-use-only posture. You agree to: (a) never present products as intended for human or veterinary use, and never make dosing, health, or outcome claims; (b) disclose your material connection to Pure Amino where required (e.g., FTC endorsement guides); (c) not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or self-referral schemes; (d) not represent yourself as Pure Amino or register domains, handles, or ads that impersonate the brand; and (e) comply with all applicable laws and platform rules wherever you promote.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate any partner at any time for violation of these terms, with unpaid commissions from violating activity forfeited. You may leave the program at any time by contacting us; earned, non-violating commissions above the payout minimum will be paid out on the normal monthly schedule.
11. Changes to the Program
Commission rates, coupon terms, tracking windows, and payout mechanics may change prospectively at any time. Changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current revision; continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
