By applying you affirm that any compound referrals will be made strictly within a research-use context, in accordance with the Research Use Agreement and Terms of Service.

Common Questions.

01 Who qualifies as a research partner? Clinicians, principal investigators, lab managers, contract research staff, and research-adjacent creators (educators, science journalists, biohacking podcasters with a documented audience). We do not approve applications whose primary intent is consumer-direct promotion outside a research-use frame.

02 How is attribution handled? Last-touch within a 30-day cookie window from the referred user's first click. If a customer arrives via your link, leaves, then returns directly within 30 days and converts, you still earn the commission.

03 When and how do I get paid? Monthly, on the 1st, for the previous month's delivered orders (we wait for delivery confirmation to insure against returns). $1 minimum payout. Direct deposit, ACH, or BTC.

04 What about returns or chargebacks? Commission is reversed only if the order is refunded in full or charged back. Partial returns prorate. We don't claw back commissions on returns delivered in good faith more than 60 days after the original order.

05 Can I stack the audience discount with other promos? Your 20 %-off introductory code stacks with cold-chain shipping but not with batch-clearance pricing. Commission is calculated on net-of-discount order value.

06 Is there a cap or volume floor? No cap. No floor. No quarterly minimum. The only requirement is that referrals are made inside a legitimate research-use frame; partners who ignore that lose their seat in the program.

07 Can I see how my referrals are converting? Yes — every approved partner gets a real-time dashboard with click counts, conversion rate, AOV, lifetime customer value per referral, and an order-level audit trail. The same view is visible to our compliance team.
